Even though every week I design inspiration rooms and boards for clients, I have yet to do one for our own home.  It's the classic case of the cobbler's children with no shoes!  So I am determined that before we move again, every room in the next house will have its own master plan. 

And since it turns out I don't have bronchitis, but rather pneumonia (grrrrrr), I now have an excuse to lay in bed for a few days and finally organize all those inspiration files I've tucked away.

Here is the color board I put together for the future boys room.  Although I think we will have separate rooms for them (please tell me bedtime is easier with separate rooms!)  So, more correctly, it is the color board for one of the boys room--probably Andy's.

The inspiration came from this picture from papers edge, that I purchased from one of our first Piper & Chloe shows.  I miss Piper & Chloe and I'm thinking it's about time we crank one of those out again!  Anyway, I absolutely love this artist, and think it depicts Andy and his puddle-loving-adventurous ways perfectly!
