snow creatures.

A couple weeks ago, we took a brisk little walk over to the library.  We had just watched the movie Matilda the night before, so Ava really wanted to pull her little red wagon and fill it with books.  

It worked out perfectly as a library book transport, and I think we will bring it every time from now on.  We can really load up!

One our very favorite books we checked out is called Snowmen.  It has all these ingenious ideas for making all kinds of things out of snow.  Things like snow caterpillars and snow bugs on a log, giant snow whales and even a snow queen.  It has totally opened our eyes to the world beyond Frosty!

The kids tried out quite a few, but I think Frosty might still be the favorite.
