the downstairs bath inspiration board.

we're home again, home again.  back to the beautiful fall colors.  i think three trees on our street turned bright yellow just during the day today--so gorgeous.  ahh, i love fall.  and back to our big home improvement project.  i didn't realize how very lovely it would be to have such a nice, long break from it all. 

however, when we walked in late sunday night, it smelled like paint and that made us really happy, and to see tons of (moon)light pouring in through our new french doors was really fun too.  some good progress was made while we were away!

today most of the bathroom floor was laid in that marble herringbone, and it is beautiful!  once we have lights down there, i will be sure to take some pictures.  

and even though technically this will be the boys bathroom, jimmy and i have decided we will definitely be taking it over for the first little bit!
