order sectional (since the one i want is 8-10 weeks out. boo)
painting finished

i'm starting to put together a little timeline of how this space has changed over the last several months. it is so exciting to see the huge transformation, month by month!
i need to get a few pictures from jimmy that show it at it's very lowest point (two foot trenches dug throughout the whole basement for new plumbing lines... smelly, and so not fun.) it made me so thankful i wasn't a plumber. it felt like a medieval dungeon when you walked down there.
we did pull a whiskey bottle from prohibition days from one of the biggest trenches. it was labeled "for medicinal use only" (with a beautiful old label--of course! it was, after all, 1928.)
that was the major highlight of the trench digging weeks.
