a favorite color scheme.

So I've been doing a little window shopping on crewcuts over the last few days, and it is only through massive amounts of self control that I haven't purchased anything.  Yet.  (Oh yes, my shopping cart has been full several times.)

However, I have been totally inspired by their styling (always) and use of color.  These images inspired me to put together this color combination, and I think it is one of the top contenders for our next home.

 

Can you believe we move in one week?!

I can't.  And I am not ready.

Anyway, after staring at those colors for awhile I remembered why I loved them so much...

Here they all are! In a design plan I did a few months ago, for the great room of a very cute family, that lives down the lane a ways.    I really loved this one and wanted to redo my family room and spend quite a few dollars on beautiful fabrics after I was finished.  That one in the upper left hand corner was so incredibly beautiful--even Jimmy said it looked like a piece of art.  (The price per yard said so too!) I think that finding that fabric was when my love affair with the walls store began!
