So my favorite summer surprise was my favorite summer concert (by far) this year.  Jimmy totally surprised me with tickets for the The Temper Trap for my birthday.  Woohoo!  Which was a complete surprise, since after I first discovered them several months ago, I checked for any show dates and they weren't coming anywhere near Salt Lake City.

They have a song on the soundtrack of (500) Days of Summer which is where I first heard them, and they only have released one album, but the whole thing is very very good. 

And I am totally in love with their unique sound.  And I always love lyrics that are meaningful.  And they give a seriously good show.  And and and.  Well just listen for yourself.

This video totally cracks me up.  All I can say is it is very irresistable for some people (cristelleshannonashleylaceytiffany) to not make up dances to songs.  We can't help ourselves.

Fools
The lyrics of this one I love. "And I want and I want and I want it.  All." 
 Therefore the song is very aptly named.

Sweet Disposition
This is the one you've heard on the radio.  Still loving it.
