mid night thoughts.

tonight i am wide awake and can't fall asleep.
(sudafed and the full moon i think are not a good combination)
so 

i'm just sitting here admiring the pretty moon tonight.

and contemplating:

should i plant my backyard pots with some fall foliage?

or would that be a waste of time now that it is september 23rd...

(there is a little wall between our two french doors that would look so pretty with a vine growing up a wire form like this)

also on my mind:

how excited the kids were to go to the dollar store tonight

(the incentive to help us clean the house today)

how long precisely does that remain an incredible motivation?

after much deliberation and lots of excitement:

ava carmel got a little baby doll and a baby doll dress

andy chose a basketball bounce toy and a tiny stuffed killer whale

cam ended up with a gross fake egg thing and a set of mechanical pencils

ashlyn, a pint sized bible (for her american girl dolls) and a scribble pad

and 

i got a clean house.

 (for only eight dollars!)
