a garden party invitation.

Oh boy.  Ashlyn and I had so much fun making her birthday invitations this year!  We stayed up til way past bedtime putting together a little birthday bouquet while discussing the ins and outs of fifth grade and listening to Jimmy's woeful expressions concerning the Playoffs.

And now that the invitations are checked off, I guess I have to figure out what to DO at the party.  I'm really struggling this time--she's kind of at an in between age.  I think she would still be perfectly content doing the same sort of things we've done for the last five years, but I'm not sure if all her friends would...oh the dilemmas of being a zealous party planning mother.
