weekend plans with yellow and gray.

my weekend plans include: 

finishing up the music room
(that i so abruptly lost interest in, a few months ago)
by
sewing lots and lots of pillows
(since i impulsively sold those other two at the last piper & chloe showcase)
and
recovering a piano bench.
and
perhaps choosing a soft grey paint for the walls.

I am feeling more than a little excited about this project again!

And hopeful that spring will come and stay.

because i refuse to look at scarves and mittens anymore.

they are going bye bye to their summer home (a plastic bin.)

i have admired this fabric for at least a year.
and now i finally have somewhere to use it!
i read a note at a fabric shop that said:
"sewing and collecting fabric are two different hobbies"
it made me chuckle and grimace.
simultaneously.
i probably looked really weird.

a darling pillow i will be purchasing for this room from the dede etsy shop.
