a vintage inspired coastal wedding.

Next month my sister in law is getting married along the picturesque Oregon coastline.  She asked me to be her wedding planner, but unfortunately, the time required for other various projects I have been working on would not permit me to do the full scale planning (as much fun as it sounded!)

So instead I just put together some ideas and images for her to jump off from.

ideas like:
burnished silver. peacock blue. turquoise. creamy white.  colors that reflect the water clouds and sand. driftwood garlands. parchment bunting and pinwheels. mirrors in various sizes and shapes (reflective like the ocean water).  vintage type set table numbers. japanese tape for holding table assignments.

pretty pinwheels for the kids to play with in the coastline breezes. fabric kites for after the ceremony and pretty photos. sandals for the bride. delicate vintage inspired veil or hair accessory.  paper butterflies thrown by the flower girls.  tissue dots in peacock blue, cream and silver thrown by flower girls.

candles nestled in sand or smooth pebbles in mason jars in clear glass and various shades of blue glass.  lots of driftwood.  found bottles (message in a bottle look).  just married glitter garland.  cream colored convertible triumph.  flower garland tied to bumper. for tunes the XX, adele, feist.
