Woohoo!  It's official my friends.  We are now the happy homeowners of this exciting new project and are just itching to get started!

It will probably still be a couple more months before we can get going on anything, because we are still working on the house plans and then it's on to the lengthy approval process from the city.  But rest assured we will share all the details (and pictures) along the way!
