on day t w o.
Saw my very first real life submarine; a German one that was captured in 1944. And remembered how ridiculously claustrophobic I am. Ridiculously. I do not know how people lived in those things for so long. I think in a lunatic moment, I would probably crank open the top and try to swim to the top. Even though I do realize that my lungs would burst on the way to the surface (that is ONE thing I did learn in scuba lessons, even if my buoyancy control never was quite up to par. . .)
Loved how comfortable my yellow shoes were all day long. cute and pratical. what a good purchase those were :)
Sat on the back row of a crowded bus holding my snoozing Andy, next to Jimmy who was holding a snoozing Ava, who sat next to Ashlyn & Cam, and pleasantly smiled and nodded when people asked if they "were all ours." I love my little big family.
Kicked it on the sidewalk while we waited for a table in a restaurant that served the yummiest deep dish pizza ever. Jimmy still likes New York style best. I am undecided.
