a ballerina birthday.

When given her choice for a birthday party, Ava (also known as the princess-ballerina-puppy) wished for a ballerina party. After a failed attempt at my first idea for a ballerina invitation, I came up with these. I think it might be my favorite invitation so far!

And now for the cupcakes. . . I'm thinking maybe I could make the cupcake look like a little tutu with lots of ruffly frosting and stick a little doll-looking clothespin in the top??? Still thinking on that one. And of course, I've already got the party favors covered for all my kids birthday parties for the next YEAR (a little bag of gumballs is right for any theme right?!)
