here's to hope . . .

. . . and good times to come. We believe in you Shannon Chanel.

Shannon has made the decision to go into a program to fight this addiction, so please keep her in your prayers--that she will have the strength to fight for a good life.

If it takes my whole life
I won't break, I won't bend
It will all be worth it
Worth it in the end

I have loved these ad campaigns because I think they bring hope to something people used to write off as hopeless (and this girl is an amazing look-alike to Shan.) I know it will be a battle, but I feel a little glimmer of hope. Mostly because she decided this completely on her own. . . and she's STILL THERE . . . after three days. That is huge.

"Hope for a better world . . . which hope cometh of faith, (and) maketh an anchor to the souls of men." (Ether 12:4)
