i am a thrifty gal.

 a queen size quilt + two shams to be retrofitted for ava's twin. (bed, that is.)

a footstool for ava's room. i'll repaint the legs a creamy white.

this chair was just too cute to walk away from--i'll probably add a little 

oomph to the cushion and recover it one day

And this, my friends, is why my heart starts beating a little faster when I pass a consignment shop, clearance bin, or a screaming deal.  Some days you just hit the jackpot.
