for a growing boy.

I really love the idea of growth charts--that little line capturing a whole years worth of growing.  The problem is, that fabric one I bought for Ashlyn a few years ago was so cute I didn't want to make marks on it (are you rolling your eyes at me?  i am.)  

So I never actually used it to record her height on.

But now this growth chart my mom made for Andy is perfect!  Not only is it quite adorable (and sturdy--always a plus with this rambunctious little tyke), but I can also make marks on the back of it without marking up the front!  Andrew is quite pleased that he has his very own growth chart.  And that cute grin of his did indeed make a joyous appearance when he saw this hung on the wall as well.
