a summer menu.

I think I may not ever finish blogging about my trip. Not that is wasn't super fun and all. And I had such good intentions, but I'm just kind of done with it now. (Maybe that's why I've never been a very good scrapbooker.) I'm sure I will finish someday, because it's nigh near impossible for me to leave something so unfinished, but for now I'm thinking about food. After so much traveling and running around like crazy all summer, we are all craving some fresh home-cooked meals.

on the menu this week:

1. grilled fish tacos + black beans + watermelon slices

2. teriyaki chicken + rice + cucumber salad + corn on the cob

3. lime & garlic infused pork loin + garlic mashed potatoes + garden green beans

4. tortilla soup + mexican cornbread + spinach avocado salad
