This morning the birds were chirping and it smelled like summer. And when Andy and Ava and I went to our favorite store, big green watermelons were on sale for $3.00! So I bought some pomegranate izze's and some new door mats for the back patio {and the on-sale watermelon} to celebrate the days of early summer. I can't wait for the kids to get out of school so we can sleep in and eat granola in the backyard and have monkey bar classes {which I will be teaching. . . I wonder if I can even still cross the monkey bars. . . either way I will oblige as best as I can as it was Cam's only summer activity request.} And isn't that just the perfect summer centerpiece up there? So much cuter in those colorful cans than boring glass vases, wouldn't you say!
