Remember when the stars aligned and my sisters both had their first babies on the same day? Well, little Bostyn and Ty are gearing up for their first birthday celebration! And I have been asked to plan a double birthday bash for the little babes. I'm leaning toward an enchanted woodland sort of theme.

I had been messing around with adobe illustrator's pen tool and created these fake invites as a starting point. And then I found these adorable cupcakes on this flickr site. That owl cupcake is definitely too advanced for me, but the mushroom one. That one may be more manageable! We could display them in baskets growing wheat grass. I just thought of that and my heart accelerated. Seriously you guys. Planning birthday parties makes me giddy.
