shopping for the kids?
So are you guys all finished with your back to school shopping yet?
We are just getting going this week... In a little bit of denial about the whole back to school thing.
Last week we cleaned out the closets. (This is how we do it.) For some reason, my kids really like doing this. Except Andy, who fizzles out after trying on the 5th shirt. Which is unfortunate, since he is my child with the most clothes (because 1. he gets all of Cam's hand me downs and 2. he gains like 6 ounces a year and can pretty much still wear the same clothes he's worn for the last four years.) But he humors me pretty well, and tries everything on so I can compile my lists!
And now that I have my lists in hand on what all of their back to school clothing needs are, we are starting the shopping. I'm not gonna lie. I L.O.V.E shopping for kids clothes. Soooo much more than I like shopping for me.
And I especially adore the clothes from here. They are called Next and are based out of the UK, so the look is unique, which I love (last August I shopped at Target for the boys, and I am not exaggerating, half of their class had the exact same clothes--it may as well have been the school uniform.)
The only drawback to Next, is that I find their website a little tricky to navigate. So if you head over there, here's my tip: I think it's easiest to just shop their collections, rather than the categories of things.
One other good thing: you receive your order super fast (like in two days the last time I ordered.)
Which is perfect for a procrastinator like me!
