a plea for spring.

Nothing makes me feel more ready for spring's warmer temperatures than a house full of colds!  It seems like every cold I've had over the last year turns right into bronchitis, and I think that's what I have right now.  Again.  Boo.

Ava Carmel also has an ear infection, and poor Andy's ear tubes have both fallen out (after being put in a mere five months ago).  I think we just finished paying for those, so that is a big fat double boo.  But it does explain the double ear infections and flat lines on the tympanograms (which means he really hasn't been ignoring us--he just can't hear us!)  He rarely ever complains and never gets a fever with ear infections, so we hardly ever know--lots of times until his ear drum has burst...  It makes me so sad. 

I just can't wait for all of us to be outside again breathing fresh air and planting a little garden.

Spring, please come and save us!

And isn't this bedroom delightful?  It looks like spring to me--I had it stashed away in my inspiration folder for ashlyn's bedroom.
