an evening wherein we happen upon a pumpkin patch.

Our usual pumpkin patch wasn't open when we stopped by last night, but no matter because we found an even better one! We took a hayride out to the pumpkin patch next to fields of potatoes and tomatillos and a sneaky little goblin in a ditch. After we each found our perfect pumpkin, we loaded back onto the trailer and thought how much fun it would be to live on a farm. How can we all wish to live downtown in a huge city and in the next moment wish to live on a small farm in the country?! We are a family of split personalities that is for sure! Ava hid her face in Jimmy's lap the whole time in case that sneaky little troll happened upon us again, while Ashlyn, Cam and Andy talked about how they wanted to go to a haunted house. After a lengthy discussion amongst themselves, they decided they would only like to go to a haunted house as long as it wasn't haunted. . .
