woodland party checklist
It's time to make my woodland party list. Oh delight! I can't believe my adorable niece and nephew are going to be ONE!
Invitations: mushroom cut out with fabric behind, inspired by these
Decorations: happy birthday banner. bird nests on tables. piles of sticks tied with red polka dot ribbons. mushroom cap hats for the birthday babies. single red balloon tied to birthday boy & girl chair. food tables covered with some mossy green botanical fabrics.
Cake: mushroom cupcakes patterned after the ones found here with frosting circles made by following instructions found here.
Games: scavenger hunt for woodland treasures, possibly collected in one these bags. memory books for guests to record a memory of the birthday boy and girl (written with one of the twig pencils, of course. see below.) and some bubble blowing seems only right.
Party favors: bags of red + cream gumballs tied with a piece of twine and a twig colored pencil and/or initialed bag for scavenger hunt with bottles of bubbles in it. i just can't seem to make up my mind.
